i t“First of all Charlotte is fabulous and the set up of the training session was great. We received an email with instructions before the class which was extremely helpful outlining everything that would be taught and what we would need. Our dog is very excitable and hyper, so having a controlled start to the class was great. The class continued within a controlled, calm environment which helped us and the dog to settle. The set up was perfect, we have been to other classes before and we were with up to 30 other dogs, so having a small class really helped our dog and us learn the steps on how to train him. Charlotte provided clear, modelled examples of each exercise which was really helpful. She provided feedback as we completed the exercises correcting anything we were getting confused with which was great as we can continue this at home. Charlotte discussed the learning theory, which helped us understand how our dog learns (we weren’t aware of this so it was super helpful) Charlotte also modelled examples with our dogs which was helpful for us to see how it’s done correctly. It was a really calm, non judgmental environment and we all really enjoyed the session. I couldn’t recommend Charlotte enough, she has such a lovely, calm approach that focuses on positive praise.”

‘‘Charlotte is amazing with our gentle giant. Sheba loves her walks and time with Charlotte and receives very personalised care. As a large rescue dog (mastiff) we wanted an experienced handler and Charlotte has not disappointed.

We get daily updates of the activities and adventures from every drop in, followed by some very cute pictures.

We had a lot of questions before we got Dave and Charlotte was happy to answer all of them and help us with any advice. Which has proven to be very helpful.

‘‘Charlotte is fantastic. I booked her for daily midday check-ins with Nova my 18 month old German Shepherd.

From beginning to end, Charlotte approached the booking with professionalism which I found very reassuring. It also helped that Charlotte also has a GSD herself, so I felt absolutely ok for her to check-in on mine!

I got lots of pictures and detailed reports! Charlotte played scent games inside, outside and provided a lot of mental stimulation, made sure Nova had wee’d and poo’d and was happy and calm before leaving.
